Meet Susan
Susan is an Executive-level operational leader with deep experience across utilities and housing.
She has held C-Suite roles including Chief Customer Officer at Southern Water and Hyde Housing Group, and Customer Director at Electricity North West. Across these roles, she has led large-scale customer, digital and sustainability transformation while carrying full accountability for operational performance.
Susan combines strategic clarity with operational realism. She is as comfortable shaping direction at Board level as she is driving performance improvement through structure, accountability and disciplined execution.
Her focus is simple: improving outcomes - for customers, organisations
and the long term.
